Stand Up Against Native American Discrimination!

On August 5, 2013, the state of New York and Department of Financial Services Chief Benjamin Lawsky launched an unprecedented attack against Native American businesses.

Native American tribes and businesses are being discriminated against by New York state. Out-of-control regulators like New York’s Benjamin Lawsky are violating our sovereign rights by attempting to shut down safe, secure and legal online lending businesses owned and operated by Native American tribes which provide short-term credit options for Americans who need it.

These regulators want to restrict the rights and freedoms of Native Americans that the United States government promised to protect. It’s apparent they want Native Americans out of Internet commerce and back “in their place” in poor, geographically-isolated areas of the country.

You can help stop the discrimination against Native Americans. Call Benjamin Lawsky and tell him to stop violating the sovereign rights of Native Americans.

Call Benjamin Lawsky  at 888-998-4124. If the line is busy, keep calling until you get through!
